Promote and sell residential and investment properties developed by DNS Homes Pvt. Ltd.

Generate leads and build strong client relationships.

Guide clients through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.

Build your own team under our MLM income system and unlock multiple earning streams.

Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings.

What We Offer:

 

Commission up to 14% of the deal value (no income cap).

MLM-based earning structure including direct income, matching income, and sponsor bonuses.

Rewards & incentives such as cash bonuses, gadgets, vehicles, plots, and luxury rewards.

Transparent system with training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Example of Earnings:

 

If you sell a plot of 1200 sq.ft. @ 850/sq.ft., the total value comes to 10,20,000.

On this, you will receive a 5% commission = 51,000.

 

This is just the starting point. Additional commissions and incentives are available, which will be disclosed during the interview.

 

Important Note:

 

There is an onboarding charge applicable, details of which will also be explained during the interview process.

 

Who Can Apply:

 

Highly motivated individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

Prior experience in real estate, insurance, sales, or network marketing will be an added advantage.

Must be open to a commission + MLM income system (no fixed salary).

Earning Potential:

 

Your income depends on your performance – earn up to 14% commission on direct deals plus MLM-based income from team growth and sponsor bonuses.
