Process Analyst Full-time Job

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

 

Job Purpose

 

Monitor, analyze, and report machine-wise production, efficiency, and losses across the PP woven sack manufacturing process.

Act as the data bridge between production floor and management.

 

 

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (daily sheets, formulas, summaries, charts).

Good verbal and written communication—can question operators and explain data to management.

Educational Qualification

 

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Textile, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

Freshers with strong understanding of manufacturing data are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

 

Pay: 155,000.00 - 180,000.00 per year.

Experience:

 

Microsoft Excel: 1 year 

Collect daily production data from all machines.
Track machine efficiency, downtime, wastage, and output vs standard capacity.
Prepare shift-wise, daily, and monthly production & efficiency reports.
Identify loss areas such as high stoppages, rejections, or manpower inefficiencies.
Compare actual vs standard performance and highlight gaps clearly.
Highlight recurring issues instead of reporting the same problems daily without solutions.
Maintain historical data for trend analysis and decision-making.
Ensure data is simple, visual, and decision-ready.
